Dear Sir/Madam,

I received a phone call on Friday September 14 2012 informing us on our 20 ft container arrival #ZIMU 104139/0 and that you will be informing us by e-mail with the DELIVERY DETAILS.

I called again earlier this morning and I spoke to Mrs. Cinthia telling me that the e-mail will be sent.
